Multisystem Care Team
"Difficult roads often lead to beautiful destinations."
Multisystem Services
Multisystem services are provided to children and youth (0 through 21) with multi-systemic needs (i.e., child is not necessarily involved in two or more systems, but child's needs involve more than one system).
Serving the Community
MSY Community Based/Treatment Facility Funding
-
Service coordination and funding for youth at imminent risk of placement outside of the home. Allowable expenditures are anything that maintains the child in the home OR treatment for the child w/out the family having to relinquish custody.

Trauma Informed Biographical Timelines
-
A conversation-based framework designed to develop a shared understanding of a person's current situation in the context of their life experiences (trauma and resilience) and to organize meaningful action based on this understanding. TIBTs can help teams build empathy, get on the same page, and build resilience in youth and families. Answers the questions as a team: Who is this person? What does he/she need? What will it take to meet those needs?
