My roles are to manage day-to-day operations, to supervisor our Resilience Coaches, and to be the liaison to all Administrators in the several school districts in which we are working. Prior to moving into my management position, I had been a BBL Resilience Coach for 5 years and before that, I worked for over 15 years directly with youth and families within the Juvenile Justice System.  I believe in our brain-based, trauma informed approach to building safer and more connected school communities and outside of work, I love being with my family and friends, listening to music, cooking, and being outdoors.

I am also in my first year as a Ph.D. student in Educational Policy and completing my second Masters in Law Studies, both at The Ohio State University. In my free time, you'll find me hiking, running, or having dance parties in with my four children.

Helping to create trauma informed, resilient school cultures is my passion. As a mother of two young children and a previous second grade teacher, the value of a trauma informed, brain based lens has been paramount in my life. I would love to help support you and your team.

I’ve been coaching with FCFC since 2019.  Prior to this I worked with youth and families  as a counselor and parenting educator. I love that in my role as a BBL coach, I have the opportunity to build relationships with teachers and help them integrate trauma informed practices into their classrooms.
